Reading at home - EYFS/KS1!
Your child came home with a letter last week and their log in details to our new e-book reading site. As you may be aware we have moved to a new phonics scheme at the start this term and alongside the scheme comes new reading books which we introduced last week. Rather than a physical reading book to bring home the children have access to an e-book and your child’s class teacher will allocate a new book each week based on the book they have read in school. This reading book is a chance for your child to show off their reading skills at home. They will have read the book in school so hopefully will be able to talk about the story with you at home.
Thank you to everyone who has logged on over the last week, if you are having trouble logging in then please speak to your child’s class teacher or if you do not have access to an electronic device you must also speak to the teacher so we can see how we may be able to help you.
