With the weather warming up significantly over the next few days and weeks we would like to remind parents of the importance of making sure your child is protected from the sun. Please can all parents ensure they apply a high factor (over factor 50), long lasting sun cream on to their child before school.
In addition, please make sure your child has a sun hat (with their name in) that they can wear outside. Finally, all children have access to fresh water every day and access to a school water bottle. Children should not bring sugary or fizzy drinks in to school as they only end up dehydrating children.
