    There is great sporting achievement at Cape this week. Following on from our fabulous sports day on Monday, see this weeks 'Cape Chronicle', our football team have represented the school well in the Smethwick League and finished a super third, we had the same number of points as first and second place but only missed out by goal difference. Well done to all of the footballers and thank you to the staff who have organised the training and matches. Look out for Cape stars in the 2022 World Cup!
  • Smethwick Cluster Sports Day 2014

    Well done to all of the children that took part in the Smethwick Cluster Sports Day. We are proud to announce that Cape Primary won the event and have a fabulous trophy to keep in school for the year. Asiba and Collins came running in to our office delighted with the news. Asiba said "Today was the best day ever. After a dramatic pause it was announced by the organisers that Cape Primary were in 2nd place after the Key Stage 1 events this morning. Following an afternoon of greatness the winners were us. We are all so happy". Collins was beaming with the trophy, excitedly showing us photographs of the day. Well done to all of the children and thank you to all of the staff who attended.

    Wow!  Cape has beaten Shireland marvellously!  Although the rumours of a Y6 team not being there in opposition are spreading, this is not true and Shireland's best team did turn up.
