• Fantastic Friday!

  What a wonderful way to end the half term with a fantastic Friday celebration! The children have had a lovely jubilee celebration day in school. They have written letters to The Queen congratulating her on the platinum jubilee. This afternoon the party started with afternoon tea in the playground and music and dancing. We have some amazing Year 2 dancers! 

   

  If you take a look at our video resource centre you will find our Year 3 children playing the national anthem on their ukuleles. 

   

  The day has ended with the children taking home a very special commemorative book and coin to mark the occasion. We are still waiting for some more books to be delivered for our Reception children.

• Jubilee Celebration!

  On Friday we will be celebrating the Queen's diamond jubilee. Children can wear red, white and blue clothes to school. we will be having afternoon tea in the playground with music and dancing and a rendition of God Save the Queen.

• New Lunch Menu

  Here is the new lunch menu that takes us through the next 2 terms. There are lots of yummy meals for you to try. Don't worry, the favourites are still there - Meat free Monday, Pizza Thursdays and Fish Fridays!

  

• God Save the Queen!

  Well done to all of our children in Year 3 who have been learning to play God Save the Queen on their ukuleles. It was a joy to do praise assembly this morning and hear the children play. I hope they will all play it again next week for our jubilee celebration!

• Good Luck Year 2!

  Good luck to all of our Year 2 children who will be taking their SATs tests over the next two weeks. Please make sure your child is in school every day as there are tests taking place on different days. The Year 2 staff have shared the schedule with parents.
