  Thank you so much for your kind donations to Children in Need this year. We raised the grand total of £499.34. Your kindness and generosity goes a long way to helping vulnerable children up and down the country.

• Family Maths Launch Day!

  What a fabulous day we have had launching our family maths project. Mrs Houston organised a fantastic day where every class created their own maths game to play with visitors and parents. The children took turns to play games with parent visitors to help show that maths is fun.

   

  From our launch day the children will all be bringing home a maths scrap book and each week there will be an activity to do at home as part of the family engagement. We really hope everyone enjoys the games and engages with the project. We'll keep you posted with more parent sessions as we find out more ourselves!

• Reception Play Area

  Have you seen our new Reception play area? 

   

  The children in Reception have now got a new area for outdoor play at the bottom of the stairwell from their classes. They also have a lovely new canopy shade that should help on those rainy days. The old play area has a new gazebo area for children to sit in and read or do activities. We 

  are putting tables and benches into the area so that children can use the area as a quiet, chill zone. We hope as we organise the space the children will enjoy using it.
