  • Learning Together Day - Thank You!

    Fri 24 Oct 2014

Thank you to every family that attended our learning together day. Our teachers said what a lovely day they had meeting with parents and carers to talk about how your children have settled into the new school year and how we can work together to help every child achieve.

We would also like to thank you for all of the lovely comments on the parent survey. We will work hard to try and find solutions for improvement areas. Anybody who has any suggestions to collecting children on a rainy day please drop me a line, all ideas welcome.

    Have a great half term!

As many of you may know  a new National Curriculum was introduced in September 2014. In our key information section there is a guide for parents to explain some of the changes and the end of year expectations for each year group. Year 2 and Year 6 are still working under the old framework for this academic year. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask staff on Learning Together Day.
  • EYFS Parent Group

    Tue 14 Oct 2014
Thank you to all of the parents from Early Years that came along to the meeting today. We were amazed at the number of parents who attended. There were some great ideas shared by parents about how we can help you and how you can help us. One mum shared her ideas for a zumba class, there are also some dads who are chefs so we will definitely be using their talents!! Don't worry if you missed the meeting Mrs Wooldridge and Mrs Williams will be happy to hear your ideas. Keep your eyes open for more information about future meetings and how we can work together to make Cape an even greater place to be.
