• Safeguarding Champions!

  Our new safeguarding Champions have been to West Bromwich Town Hall today to meet Sandwell's Mayor and be presented with a special certificate for their safeguarding training. 

• BUDS visit

  Our friends from BUDS (Better Understanding Dementia in Sandwell) came to watch our Key Stage 1 children perform their 'Strictly Nativity' today. There were tears and cheers of joy from our visitors who had a wonderful time. 

• Salvation Army Collection

  Our chosen charity this year for our annual Christmas jumper day will be the Salvation Army. This charity has very kindly supported the school and families recently and we feel it is only fair to say thank you by donating our fundraising to them. Many thanks in advance and don't forget to wear your Christmas jumpers on Friday 21st!

• End of Term Arrangements

  Next week will be very busy in school with performances from EYFS, KS1 and Year 5. Please make sure you arrive on time for your child's performance as unfortunately we will not be able to let latecomers into the shows as it disrupts the children.

   

  We break up for the Christmas holidays at 1.30pm on Friday 21st December and return to school on Monday the 7th January 2019.

• Christmas Fayre!

  Thank you to everybody who came to our Christmas Fayre this year. The Junior hall was packed with parents and families visiting stalls and buying gifts. Father Christmas even managed to pay a visit! He was so busy all night that Rudolf had to guide the sleigh back to the North Pole!

   

  We managed to raise a huge amount of money for the school so thank you again for your incredible generosity. We must also remember to thank Mrs Roberts and Mrs Chevers for organising the whole event and the staff for giving up their time.
