  • Author Visit

    As part of our continued work to develop reading and reading for pleasure we had our second author visit in school today. Our KS1 and EYFS children enjoyed storytelling workshops with Chloe Inkpen, daughter of the Kipper story author, Mick Inkpen, and fab author in her own right.

  • Foodbank Update

    Some of our staff took the food to Smethwick Foodbank on Friday where the food was weighed and sorted. The volunteers at Foodbank were astounded by the amount of food collected. We collected a fantastic 558.02kg. This is truly amazing - thank you everybody!

    Here are our three winners from the Year 5 holiday project competition. The competition was to design and make a Cam toy with moving parts. we had 25 entries for the competition and 3 fantastic winners.

    Look out for our latest Curriculum Information Leaflets which will be sent out in the next week. You will also be receiving a Vocabulary Booklet, this will help you to help your child at home to understand some of the key vocabulary and terminology that will be used in class this term.
